This highly efficient, advanced, specialized equipment is used to continuously roll steel strip (usually flat steel) into spiral blades with uniform pitch and lead in one go. It represents an upgrade to the “segmented blankingdie pressingwelding and splicing” process.

The formed, continuous spiral blades are continuously fed out.
The equipment can be equipped with an in-line cutting device (such as a hydraulic shear or abrasive saw) to automatically cut the blades to the desired length when they reach the set length.
