Materials including aggregates, powder, water and admixtures (optional pigments and fibers) are stored in separate compartments for efficient and orderly mixing. Screens and top covers are optional.

The aggregate conveying system continuously transports materials to the mixer and discharge belt, enabling continuous production. Chain plates or belts are available as options.

Intelligent control system: It consists of a controller (PLC touch screen all-in-one machine), sensor system, encoder, actuator, etc. Select a stored recipe, on the onboard computer; sensors and weighing manage dosing.

Ready-Mix Trucks: Limitations

Concrete is mixed under controlled conditions at the batching plant for consistent quality, then loaded into the truck and kept mixing during transit to the jobsite. This method is limited to the specific batch produced at the plant, and washout is required after delivery to prevent hardened concrete, which needs a designated area and may pose environmental risks.

Volumetric Mixers: The Better Solution

Raw materials are stored in separate compartments and transported to the site, where concrete is mixed on demand using an auger mixer. It allows for on-site adjustments, can produce different mix designs as needed, and the auger and chamber can be flushed on-site more easily and quickly, resulting in less waste and the ability to save unused materials for future use.
